With all this talk about goals and intentions for the New Year let’s pause and take this time to reminisce, reconcile and relive the past with this Time Travel Meditation. At times I forget the magnitude of the life I live and I’m sure you do too. When we look back we can start to understand the story of our lives much more easily and have faith in our ability to reach new goals. To receive the full benefits of this meditation print out this handout. It is best to print it and have a pen ready so that after your meditation you can start writing without any distractions between.
RELEASE & CREATE SPACE
Feel any feelings that have come up during this time travel, releasing and giving yourself permission to let go of the past and holding gratitude for the time you took to honor it. As you exhale you create space in your heart and mind for new creative inspiration, enabling you to welcome this New Year. A new chapter of love and light that we call 2018.
